What to write about
Anything, really. A line on what helps us answer faster:
Something is broken
A bracket that will not generate, a button that does nothing, a print that comes out wrong. Tell us the format and the team count, and we can usually reproduce it the same day.
A feature idea
A format you wish we had, a setting that would save you time. We read every suggestion, and a fair number of them have shipped.
Privacy requests
Want to know what data we hold, or ask us to delete it? Our Privacy Policy covers your rights, and this inbox is where those requests go.
Trademark or content concerns
If you represent a league, team, or brand and want to talk about a template name or a logo, write in. We would rather hear from you directly.
An ad problem
Ads come from third parties, and now and then a bad one slips through. Tell us the page you saw it on and we will chase it down.
When to expect a reply
We are small, so give it a few days, longer over holidays. Every message gets read. A clear subject line and a screenshot, if you have one, move things along faster than you would think.
