About
A bracket tool that stays out of your way
My Bracket App is a free tournament bracket maker. Type in your teams, pick a format, and you have a clean bracket to print or share in about two minutes. No account, no trial, no card.
Why we built it
Most tournaments still get run off a whiteboard, or a paper bracket someone drew with a ruler the night before. That holds up until round three. A name is misspelled, a score gets smudged, two people remember the seeding differently, and suddenly nobody can agree who plays next.
My Bracket App is the tool we wanted on those afternoons. Type the teams once. The bracket seeds itself, byes land in the right spots, winners advance when you enter a score, and the whole thing prints on one clean page. The software handles the bookkeeping so you can watch the games.
What you can build
Single elimination for the quick weekend tournament. Double elimination when one bad game should not send a contender home. Round-robin and group stage for league play, where everyone plays everyone. Swiss when the field is large and the clock is short. Brackets run from 4 teams up to 64.
There are office pool tools too: football squares for game day, and an NFL pick'em sheet for the season. Different jobs, same idea. Set it up fast, share it, get back to the fun part.
Free, and honest about how
My Bracket App is free, and it stays free. The editor opens without a signup, and you can print or save a PDF without one either. Advertising pays for it. That is the whole business model, and we would rather say so plainly than pretend the site runs on good vibes. Our Cookie Policy explains exactly what those ads do and do not track.
What is next
Right now a bracket you save lives in your browser, on the device you made it on. Accounts that sync your brackets across devices are on the way. Until they land, the print and PDF buttons are your backup, so use them.
Run your next tournament on it
Pick a format, add your teams, and print the bracket. It takes about two minutes.
